Most of them either do not realize they deserve a seat at the table, or do not know how to make it happen.
Last but not least, many companies we work with had not appreciated they need to have at least 40% women on their board (and must suspend the payment of their directors’ fees until they do).
Therefore, our mission was clear : to bring awareness and lead to action. It is as simple as that.
